This terms and condition is a legal binding agreement. It applies to all transactions for product sales and services placed through this website, over the phone or email transactions. This agreement supersede any agreement outside of monicaedwards.com and Monica Edwards | Charleston & ME and remains fully enforced. Any attempts to abuse this policy will be enforced by South Carolina State Law.

 

You understand and agree that All Sales are Final. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on any product sales or services. Buyer understands that all items on this website are used and may present some sort of use wear. We do our best to describe all items for sale and assumes no responsibility to the authenticity to any item offered. Buyer assumes responsibility for purchase. Buyer understands that all disputes must be investigated and resolved through Monica Edwards | Charleston & ME.

Sale Terms

1. Sales prices do not include custom changes, storage or shipping unless stated in detail on receipt. Sale priced Items cannot be held and must be picked up within 30 days. No further, past, future or additional discounts given.

2. Full payment required before any merchandise can be taken or shipped. Shipping is an additional charge unless noted otherwise on the receipt. We do not ship furniture, lamps or mirrors.

3. All sold items must be picked up within 30 days. Any items not claimed within 30 days will be charged a $15 per day storage fee.

4. “As-is” sale and disclaimer of warranties: All items (inventory) offered on monicaedwards.com (Monica Edwards | Charleston & ME) are offered “as-is” and “as available” basis. Unless expressly set forth on monicaedwards.com (Monica Edwards | Charleston & ME) website. Product Detail

We try to fairly representing our product.

1. Our photographs allow for your close inspection of each antique or vintage piece, we provide several photos that can be magnified with an image zoom tool.  We make every effort to show products as as they appear as if you were here looking at that product in person.  We try to show any imperfections, signature stamps and makers marks if available on all pieces.

2. Description of all our products include as much information as we have at the time to provide. We include all that our knowledge base can put together about our product including; history, provenance, date of manufacture, location of deconstruction and other information.  We will happily answer any questions you might have regarding the condition of any piece.

3. Remember that our products are vintage and antique and are handled with the care they deserve. We take extra measures to accurately describe and photograph each item, but they are used, with some dating to the 1700s, and NOT in ‘out of the box/never used’ condition. So, please understand they may have patina blemishes, small scratches and imperfections from use. This is part of the character of original antiques and so these are all sold “as-is”.
